Ranked-list contribution
authority × ((list size − position + 1) ÷ list size)
An unranked appearance receives a position weight of 1.0. Only the highest contribution for each publisher and strain enters the sum, which limits duplicate influence from a single publisher.
Interpretation boundaries
- Geographic scope: Unspecified
- Ties: Equal weighted scores are ordered consistently by strain slug.
- Popularity: Visibility across lists is not proof of quality, safety, chemistry, or personal fit.
- Publisher links: A publisher-domain URL may identify the publisher without resolving to the exact ranked article.
