How to manage your dispensaries

In High IQ, a dispensary is called a shop. Save each dispensary you log orders from in My Shops. A dispensary in High IQ is a place you record. The app does not sell from it or send orders to it.

Open My Shops

1. Tap Stash, then tap More, then tap Shopping tools.
2. Tap My Shops.

You can also open My Shops from the Add Order screen.

Add a dispensary

1. On My Shops, add a new shop. If the list is empty, tap Add by hand.
2. Enter the Shop name. This field is required.
3. Enter the Receipt email or domain. This is the part after the @ in the receipt email, such as receipts.shop.com. You can save it with the shop. Gmail receipt import is not available to everyone yet. It is on the web app only for now, and it is not in the iPhone app.
4. Add any optional details you want, such as the street, city, state, ZIP, website, phone, notes, or rating from 1 to 5.
5. Mark it as a favorite if you want it at the top of the list.
6. Save the dispensary.

If you leave before you save, the app asks Discard changes? Your unsaved details are lost.

Find a dispensary nearby

If you want help with the name and address, tap Find nearby shops.

1. Tap Use my location if you want to search near you. The app asks for location only after you tap this button.
2. Search by Shop name, city, or ZIP. Search covers the United States only.
3. Tap Search this area to search the map area you see.
4. Tap a result. Results marked Saved in My Shops are already in your list. To save a different location as its own shop, tap Add as a separate shop.

If location access is off, open iPhone Settings, tap High IQ, then tap Location to turn it on.

Find and sort your shops

• Favorites appear in their own section above Other shops.
• Tap the sort control to sort by Name (A–Z), Most orders, or Location.
• Search by name, city, or email in the search box.

Edit or remove a dispensary

1. Open the dispensary from My Shops.
2. Tap Edit details to change its information, rating, or notes.
3. To remove it, tap Remove shop, then confirm.

The app asks Remove shop? It tells you that its orders stay. Add the dispensary again later to connect those orders again.

On a dispensary page

A dispensary page shows its address, phone, website, contact email, and receipt domains. It also shows the orders from that dispensary. If no orders are linked yet, you see No orders from this shop. Tap Add order to add one. See Add an order by pasting a receipt.

If something goes wrong

• Shop not found: The dispensary may have been removed. Go back to My Shops.
• Shop unavailable: The dispensary was removed. Add it again to reconnect its orders.
• No shops found: Try a nearby city, a ZIP code, or the exact name. Or add the dispensary by hand.

Gmail receipt import is not available to everyone yet. It is on the web app only for now, and it is not in the iPhone app. To add an order now, use a photo or pasted text. Read Add an order by scanning a receipt or Add an order by pasting a receipt. Read Finding past receipts in Gmail is not available yet for the email limit.
