How to organize your notebooks

Your library shows all your notebooks. You can search them, filter them, change how they look, and archive or delete the ones you no longer need.

Search and filter

1. Tap the Notebooks tab, then tap Library.
2. To search, tap the search box, Search notebooks, and type a name.
3. To filter, tap Filter. Then choose:
   • Status: Library (the default), Archived, or All.
   • Source: Orders, Stash, or All.
   • Display: Covers, 2 columns, 3 columns, Feed, or Compact.

If no notebook matches, you see No matching notebooks. Clear your filters to see them again.

Rename a notebook

1. Open the notebook.
2. Tap the menu for Notebook actions, then tap Organize notebook.
3. Change the Notebook title field.
4. Confirm your change.

If you leave the title blank, the original name stays. Renaming does not change the notes.

Archive a notebook

Archive a notebook when you want to set it aside. Its notes stay with it.

1. In the Library, swipe left on the notebook. You can also open its menu.
2. Tap Archive.

To find archived notebooks, set Status to Archived in the filter. You can also restore a notebook from there. Tap Unarchive notebook to move it back.

You see No archived notebooks if you have none.

Delete a notebook

Note: Deleting a notebook cannot be undone. It also deletes the notebook’s journal entries.

1. Open the notebook.
2. Tap the menu for Notebook actions.
3. Tap Delete notebook, then tap Delete to confirm.

Delete notebook appears only after the notebook is ready or has an error. If it does not show, wait until the notebook finishes.
