How to save your medical card details

The Medical card screen is a place to keep your own card details in High IQ. The details and the photo stay on this phone. You must be signed in to save them.

Before you start

• Sign in to your account.
• Have your card details ready.

Add your card

1. Tap the Profile tab.
2. Tap Medical card in the shortcut list.
3. Enter any of these fields: Card number, Country or State or region. Every field is optional.
4. If you want a photo, tap Choose card photo. Keep all four corners of the card visible in the photo.
5. Tap Add your card.

Update or remove your card

• To change the details, edit the fields, then tap Update your card.
• To change the photo, tap Replace card photo.
• To remove only the photo, tap Remove card photo.
• To remove the card, use the remove option on the screen. The app asks “Remove medical card?” before it deletes anything. Removing the card deletes the card photo and the details from this phone.

Privacy

The screen says your photo and details stay on this phone. High IQ does not upload, sync or share them. High IQ does not check your card.

If something goes wrong

• “Card photo is gone. Your phone cleared it to free space. Add the photo again.” Your phone removed the photo to save storage. Add the photo again.
• “Could not save your card. Your edits are still here.” Your changes did not save. Your edits stay on the screen. Try again.
