How to use the Stash tab

The Stash tab lists the products you have recorded as active. You can search, sort and filter the list. You can also change how each card looks.

What the top of the tab shows

• Totals. A line shows the number of products and strains on hand. A footnote shows the weight you recorded, in grams.
• Measured supply. This card is closed by default. Open it to see how many days your stash should last at your set pace. It can say Under a day or N+ days. It uses the weights you recorded. See Track your stash supply pace.
• Running low. The app shows “N strain(s) running low” for active products under 1 g by weight. Milliliter products are not counted. Tap Show low-stock items to see them, or dismiss the message.
• Links. Use the links to Orders, Activity and Collection.

Find an item

To search, tap the Search your stash bar. You can also open More and tap Search stash. Search by strain, product, effect or shop.

To filter, tap one of the lens segments: Type, Time, Form or Family. You can use one lens at a time. The app saves your last choice on the device. To clear a filter, tap Reset filters. To clear the search, filter and sort together, tap Reset search, filter and sort.

To sort, tap Sort by. The options are Recent (the default), A-Z, Type, Terpene, Time and Amount. Recent, A-Z and Amount also let you choose a direction, such as Newest first or Most first.

Change the card style

The tab has six card styles: Mascot, Strain (the default), Split, Badge, Condensed and Compact. The app saves your choice on the device. Each device can show a different style.

Edit items

To edit many items at once, tap the pencil Edit stash button in the header. The button changes to Done editing when you are done.

To change one item, press and hold its card. The menu has Edit, Mark empty and Delete. For details, see Update how much is left and Mark items empty or delete them.

If the tab is empty or cannot load

• Signed out: The tab says “Sign in to see your stash.”
• Empty: The tab says “Your stash is empty.” Use Add order or Find a strain to start. See Add an item to your stash.
• No results: The tab says “No matches in your stash.” Tap Clear search and filters.
• Cannot load or offline: The tab shows “Stash unavailable” or “You are offline.” Tap Try again.

Note: High IQ shows only what you record. If an amount looks wrong, change it. The tab does not check your real supply.

Note: Until your stash loads, the tab does not show zero totals.
