How to mark stash items empty or delete them

You can mark a stash item empty when you have used it up. You can delete an item only if you added it by hand. Marking an item empty keeps its history. Deleting an item removes its history too.

Mark one item empty

1. Press and hold the item’s card on the Stash tab.
2. Tap Mark empty.
3. Choose one option:
   • Record remainder as used records the rest of the amount as used. This is the main choice.
   • Remove without recording use takes the item out of your active stash. No use is recorded.
4. Tap Cancel if you do not want to change anything.

Mark several items empty

1. Tap the pencil Edit stash button in the header.
2. Tap each item you want. Or tap Select all. Tap Deselect all to clear your choices.
3. Tap Mark empty in the bar at the bottom.
4. Choose Record remainder as used or Remove without recording use.
5. Tap Done editing.

Note: You can mark up to 50 stock entries at one time. If you select more, the Mark empty button is off. Select fewer items, or expand a grouped item and select only some of its entries.

Delete an item

You can delete an item only if you added it by hand, from a strain page, or with quick add.

1. Press and hold the item’s card.
2. Tap Delete.
3. Read the message “Permanently delete?” It removes the item and all of its history events. You cannot undo it.
4. Confirm to delete the item.

Note: Items that came from an order cannot be deleted. To remove one from your active stash, set its amount to 0. The button then reads Mark finished.

If something goes wrong

• The Mark empty button is off: You selected more than 50 stock entries. Select fewer.
• The action failed: The app shows a retry message and keeps your selection. Tap retry.
• Delete is not available: The item came from an order. See the note above.
