How to make a notebook from an order

You can make a notebook about the strains in any saved order. High IQ writes the notebook from the products in that order.

Before you start

• Sign in to your account.
• Make sure Notebooks are not paused. If you see Notebooks are paused, you can save the order now and create its notebook later.

Steps

There are three ways to start. Pick the one that fits.

When you add a new order:

1. Tap the Stash tab, then tap Add order.
2. Add your order by pasting a receipt or scanning one. See Review and confirm an order.
3. On the Review Order screen, tap Save, stash, and create notebook.

From an order you already saved:

1. Open the Stash tab, then tap Orders.
2. Tap the order.
3. Find the notebook section on the order detail screen. Tap Review existing notebook if one exists.

From the Notebooks tab:

1. Tap the Notebooks tab.
2. Tap +, then tap From order.
3. Choose the order.

Check the progress

The notebook goes through these steps:

1. Preparing order notebook
2. Notebook queued
3. Order notebook ready or Order notebook partially ready

When the notebook is ready, tap Open notebook or Open readable notebook.

If something goes wrong

If the notebook shows Order notebook needs attention, open it and check what is there. If the notebook is missing or incomplete, create it again from the order. A new notebook does not change your saved order.

Note: Notebook creation may not be available to everyone yet. You can archive or delete a notebook later. See Organize your notebooks.
