How to view your stash history

Find the record of changes to your stash, including amounts you changed and items you marked empty, in Activity.

Applies to the High IQ iPhone app · Updated

Your stash keeps a record of changes. The record includes items you added, amounts you changed and items you marked empty. You view this record in Activity.

What the history includes

Each stash item keeps its own history events. The events include:

  • Adds: when you added the product.
  • Adjustments: when you changed the amount left.
  • Empties: when you marked the item empty, with or without recording the rest as used.

The history helps you check how an item changed over time. It does not show your real supply. It shows the changes you recorded.

Steps

  1. Open the Stash tab.
  2. Tap More.
  3. Tap Activity.
  4. Scroll the timeline to find the change you want.

Activity shows a timeline for your whole account. Stash changes appear there with your other activity. For more about this screen, see Activity history.

Undo or correct a change

After you mark items empty, the app asks you to confirm. The message says you can undo the change, or correct it later in History. Choose the option that matches what you want to keep.

Note: Marking an item empty keeps its history. Deleting an item removes its history. See Mark items empty or delete them.

If something goes wrong

  • A change is missing: Check that you are signed in to the account you used for the change.
  • You cannot find the stash history screen: Look for it in Activity. The stash history is part of that timeline.

Frequently asked questions

Does deleting an item remove its history?

Yes. Deleting an item also removes its history events, such as adds, amount changes and empties. This cannot be undone.

Can I undo a change to my stash?

Yes, for some changes. After you mark items empty, the app lets you undo the change, or correct it later in History.
