Why does my stash amount look wrong?

Use this page when a stash item shows an amount or level that does not match what you have. High IQ shows the amount you set, minus the uses you record. Check each step below.

What you may see

• Levels such as “Full,” “Half,” “Low,” or “Empty,” or a count such as “3 left.”
• “Set up your supply estimate” or “No weight tracked” in the supply section.
• “Is your stash still right?” on Home, when you have not updated your stash in a while.

Likely causes

• A recorded use has not synced yet. The stock updates after syncing.
• A filter or search hides part of your stash. The screen shows “Filtered.”
• The amount was set with a preset, such as “Half,” not a weighed amount.
• A receipt correction was made. Receipt corrections keep your stash unchanged.
• A finished product is still listed, because it was not marked empty.

Fixes, in order

1. Check for a filter or search. Tap Reset filters, or Reset search, filter and sort, to show the full stash.
2. Wait for a sync. Keep the app open with a connection for a moment, then check the amount again.
3. Update the amount. Long-press the item and tap Edit. Enter the amount, then tap Save amount.
4. If you finished the product, long-press it and tap Mark empty. Choose the option you want. Your history stays either way.
5. For a supply estimate, open Settings, then Preferences, then How You Use. Set your sessions and usual amount for each method.
6. If you cannot delete an item, it came from an order. Mark it finished instead.

Note: “Running low” means an active product under 1 g by weight. Products tracked in milliliters are not counted in this total.
