How to find your way around Settings

See what each section of High IQ Settings holds, and where to find privacy controls, app icon, help and sign out.

Settings holds your account options, app preferences, help links and the sign out button. You open it from your Profile.

How to open Settings

  1. Tap Profile in the tab bar.
  2. Tap Settings in the Shortcuts section.

What is in Settings

Settings is a list of sections. Some rows show only when they apply to your account or your iPhone.

Account

  • Profile opens Edit profile. Change your name, username and photo. Manage your sign-in methods, two-factor authentication and signed-in devices.
  • Subscription & Billing shows your plan. Tap Get Pro to open the paywall, or manage an active plan. Read How to subscribe to High IQ Pro.
  • Apply invite code appears when you are signed in. Use it to enter an invite code. Apple offer codes for Pro are redeemed in Subscription & Billing, not here.
  • Receipt finder is for Gmail receipt import. It is not available to everyone yet. It is on the web app only for now, and it is not in the iPhone app. Read Gmail receipt import is not available yet.
  • Privacy holds your privacy controls. Read How to review your privacy settings.

Features

  • My Shops holds the shops you record.
  • Favorites shows the strains you marked as favorites.
  • Ask Professor High opens the AI chat. You agree to AI chat the first time you use it. That permission covers AI chat only.

Preferences

  • Appearance sets System, Light or Dark colors. Read How to change the app icon and appearance.
  • App Icon changes the icon on your Home Screen.
  • Mini player auto-hide sets how long the mini player stays on screen after you pause.
  • Customize Home changes the order of the sections on Home. Read How to customize your Home screen.
  • How You Use holds your answers about how you use cannabis. High IQ uses them for your Taste Profile and stash forecasts. Your changes save as you make them.

Support

  • Help center opens these help articles.
  • Contact support shows the support email address.
  • Suggest a strain lets you send a strain request.
  • Report a bug lets you send a problem report.

About

  • What’s New shows recent changes in the app.
  • Terms of Service and Privacy Policy open the legal pages.

Sign out

Sign out is at the bottom of the list. Read How to sign out of High IQ.

Note: Some items may not be available to everyone yet. If you do not see an item, it may not be ready for your account.
