Which devices does High IQ work on?
High IQ is built for iPhone. Some features use iPhone tools, such as the camera, Home Screen widgets and Siri.

Who can use High IQ?
High IQ is made for adults 21 and older in places where cannabis is legal. You confirm your age when you first open the app. The app saves your confirmation, not your birthday.

Do I need an account to use High IQ?
No. You can look up and read strains without an account. You need to sign in to save favorites, use your stash, add orders, see your profile and rankings, and chat with Professor High.

Do I need an invite code?
High IQ asks for a five-digit invite code the first time you open the app. The same screen has a link to request an invite if you do not have a code. A new phone, or this phone after you reinstall High IQ, asks for the code again.

Does High IQ sell cannabis?
No. High IQ does not sell cannabis and does not process sales, payments or deliveries. It is a place to record what you have, what you try and where you got it.

Does High IQ give medical advice?
No. High IQ does not give medical, dosing or health advice. Strain pages describe what a strain is and what people often report. That is not a promise of any effect. Talk with a doctor or pharmacist about your health.

What can I do in High IQ?
You can search strains, read strain pages and save favorites. You can keep a stash record, add orders from receipts, create notebooks and rank strains. After you sign in, you can also ask Professor High questions.
Where does strain information come from?
Each strain page has a Sources section. It shows what research says and the source links behind the details. Check it when you want to see where a claim comes from.

How do I contact support?
