Gmail receipts are not available to everyone yet
Gmail receipt import is not available to everyone yet. It is on the web app only for now, and it is not in the iPhone app.

Gmail receipt import is not available to everyone yet. It is on the web app only for now, and it is not in the iPhone app. A missing email receipt is expected. Do not try to connect Gmail or search your inbox from High IQ.
Add the order from a photo or from pasted text:
If you connected Gmail before
Access is read-only. High IQ cannot send, delete, or mark your email as read. Matched email details are purged within 7 days after an import finishes. You can disconnect. Orders you already saved stay in High IQ.
Read Finding past receipts in Gmail is not available yet. If a saved order has the wrong items, see order import failed.

Why are my Gmail receipts missing?

Can High IQ send or delete my email?
No. If you connected Gmail before, access is read-only. High IQ cannot send, delete, or mark your email as read.
Will disconnecting Gmail delete my orders?
No. Orders you already saved stay in High IQ. Matched email details are purged within 7 days after an import finishes. You can disconnect.
