Professor High not responding: what to do

Use this page when Professor High does not reply, shows an error, or will not open. Professor High needs a signed-in account and your agreement to AI chat. It may not be available to everyone yet.

What you may see

• “Before you chat with Professor High.” The chat stays locked until you agree.
• “Something went wrong. Try again in a moment.”
• “Unavailable while offline.”
• “Attachment limit reached. Remove an image to add another.”
• “This chat has not been saved to History. Keep it open and retry.”

Likely causes

• You are not signed in, or you have not agreed to AI chat yet.
• The AI chat permission is set to Off in your privacy settings.
• Your connection is off or weak.
• A reply took too long, or the service had a short problem.
• You tried to attach more images than the chat allows.

Fixes, in order

1. Check your connection. Professor High does not work offline.
2. Sign in. Go to the Profile tab and tap Sign in.
3. Agree to AI chat. Read the notice, then tap Agree to AI chat. Nothing is sent until you agree.
4. Check your AI permissions. Open Settings, then Privacy, then AI permissions. The row for AI chat should say Allowed. If it says Off, open it and allow it again.
5. If a reply does not finish, tap Stop reply, then tap Try again.
6. If you see “Attachment limit reached,” remove an image, then add the one you need.
7. If a chat is missing from history, keep it open and tap Retry save.
8. If you see “Couldn’t delete chat,” check your connection and try again.
