Stash and orders: common questions
Answers to common questions about the stash, adding and updating products, scanning labels and adding orders from receipts in High IQ.

This page answers the questions people ask most about the stash, labels and orders. Use it to find a short answer. Follow the link under an answer for the full steps.
What is the stash in High IQ?
The stash is your record of the products you have on hand. The Stash tab lists your active products, and each one shows how much is left, such as Full, Half or Low.

How do I add a product to my stash?
Open a strain page and tap Have it. Choose the product type, enter the amount, then tap Add to Stash. You can also add a product from a scanned label.

How do I update how much is left?
On the Stash tab, open the item menu and tap Edit. Pick a preset or enter an amount, then tap Save amount. When the amount reaches 0, the button reads Mark finished.

Can I delete a stash item?
You can delete items you added by hand, from a strain page or with quick add. You cannot delete an item that came from an order. Mark it finished instead, so your history stays.

What does Mark empty do?
Mark empty gives you two choices. You can record the remaining amount as used, or remove the item without recording use. Both choices keep your earlier history, and you can undo the change.

Can High IQ read a product label?
Yes. Open the Stash tab, tap More, then tap Scan a label. You can take a photo of one product, upload up to four photos of one product, or add a video. Good light and a clear label help, and scans are limited each day on each device.

How do I add an order from a receipt?
Open the Stash tab, tap More, then tap Add order. Paste the receipt text or scan a receipt photo, review the items, and save. You can save only the order, add its products to your stash, or also create a notebook.

What is Receipt finder?
Gmail receipt import is not available to everyone yet. It is on the web app only for now, and it is not in the iPhone app. Add an order from a photo or pasted text instead. If you connected Gmail before, access is read-only, matched email details are purged within 7 days after an import finishes, and you can disconnect.

What does Measured supply mean?
Measured supply shows how many days your stash should last at your set pace. It uses the weights you recorded. Set your use in How You Use so the estimate can work.

Why does my stash amount look wrong?
The amount comes from what you recorded. Check the last amount you set and whether the weight is recorded for the product. Deleting an order keeps its products in your stash, so you can correct any amount there.
