How to spend your first week with High IQ

This guide takes you through High IQ in seven short steps. Each day adds one part of the app. You can go at your own pace, and skip any step you do not need.

Day 1: Set up the app

Open High IQ and tap Get started. Confirm your age. If the app asks for an invite code, enter it. Answer the experience questions if you want to. All of them are optional.

Day 2: Sign in

Tap Profile, then Sign in. Tap Continue with Apple. Google sign-in is available on the web app at app.highiq.app. Your records save to your account after you sign in.

Day 3: Learn the tabs

Spend a few minutes on each tab: Home, Search, Stash, Notebooks and Profile. Notice which sections show on Home. You can change their order later.

Day 4: Look up a strain

Tap Search and type a strain name, an effect or a terpene. Open a strain page and read its details. The information is descriptive. It is not medical advice.

If you want to keep a strain in a list, tap the heart to save it as a favorite.

Day 5: Record your stash

Open a strain page and tap Have it. Choose the product type and amount, then tap Add to Stash. Your stash now shows the item on the Stash tab.

Update the amount when it changes. Mark items empty when they are used up.

Day 6: Rank strains and check your privacy

Open Profile and tap the Top rankings card. Pick the strain you would choose again from each pair. Your picks build a personal list over time.

Then open Settings, then Privacy. Review the AI permissions and the Usage analytics switch. Choose the settings you want. You can change them at any time.

Day 7: Record an order or ask a question

If you want to keep a record of an order, paste its receipt text. Review the items, then save the order. High IQ can use the order to fill your stash.

You can also tap Ask Professor High from your profile. Professor High is an AI chat guide. It may not be available to everyone yet. Before your first chat, you agree to AI chat. That permission covers AI chat only.
